Every container we deliver goes through our 10-point PDI checklist. This is how we guarantee you get a container that's ready to use the day it arrives.
Exterior Rust & Corrosion Check
We inspect all exterior surfaces for extensive rust or corrosion that could affect structural integrity or weatherproofing.
Door Operation & Seals
We test doors for smooth operation and inspect all gaskets for wear or degradation to verify airtight and watertight seals.
Locking Mechanisms
Locking bars, handles, and twist locks are thoroughly tested for correct function and secure closure.
Ventilation Check
Vent openings are examined for proper airflow — this reduces condensation and helps keep your container cool in summer.
Welds & Structural Joints
All welds and joints are inspected for cracking, gaps, or structural issues. Any deficiencies are repaired before delivery.
